Our J&R Char broiler is strictly Mesquite. No backup energy sources — we grill all steaks, burgers, and fish on a live fire.
We proudly serve only USDA-inspected and graded meat. American meat by American ranchers, grain-finished for superior flavor.
Our J&R 600 lb. convection smoker runs strictly on Mesquite wood. We smoke brisket, pulled pork, sausage, and wings daily.

Our J&R 600 lb. convection smoker runs strictly on Mesquite wood, operating daily to produce the most flavorful, tender smoked meats in Tucson. Brisket smoked low and slow at 210°, baby back ribs with a perfect bark, pulled pork that falls apart at the touch.
The THG Meat Sampler Plate is our crown jewel — pulled pork, sliced brisket, baby back ribs, and Polish sausage, all on one platter with ranch beans and Texas Toast. It's the full Horseshoe Grill experience in a single serving.
