Our J&R Char broiler is strictly Mesquite. No backup energy sources! We grill all of our steaks, burgers, fish and more on a live fire.

Our wood fired cooking begins with the highest quality meat available. We are proud to only serve meat inspected and graded by the US Department of Agriculture. American meat by American ranchers.

Our J&R 600 lb. convection smoker is also strictly Mesquite wood. We smoke our brisket, pulled pork, sausage, chicken wings and more daily.

Amazing food. We had the Two Meat Plate (Ribs & Brisket; Sausage & Brisket) so we could try a bit of each and everything was fantastic. The portion sizes are just right without being too much. Atmosphere and service was just as good as the food.
